Mayo Transformadores SRL was founded in 1970, in the city of Rosario (province of Santa Fe) and currently has in this location the main plant for the manufacture and assembly of transformers of the division.

In Córdoba capital it has a second plant dedicated to the production of tanks and accessories (boilermaking - blacksmithing) and in the Industrial and Technological Park of the city of Villa María (province of Córdoba), a third plant dedicated to the manufacture of cores and transformer parts.
